My name is Victor, and I’m a trooper.

We all have a love for Star Wars. Whether it’s for nostalgic reasons, or maybe you just love the fantasy and excitement a  whole universe can bring. For me it’s the latter of the two. As a child born in the 80’s, I wasn’t around to see the premier of the Original Star Wars, or to live the hype of a history making film. I was born a year before the release of  Return of the Jedi (ROTJ). Years later I witnessed the battle of Endor. It was the most epic thing my little eyes had ever seen. From there I was hooked. Sci-Fi had won another fan.

Through out my childhood, I became a fan of many things. He-man, GI-Joe, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were many of the cartoons/toys I loved. As much as I loved those series, I can say deep down that my love for the Star Wars Universe was (and still is) “more powerful than you can ever imagine” (see what I did there? :P). I collected everything from the toys to the pens and all that came in-between. I even had a Darth Vader phone that was about 12′ tall!

Growing up in a traditional Hispanic family, I was drilled from birth to be the best person I could be. Be courteous, respectful, and nice to everyone. I’m 30 years old now and I still follow those same simple rules of life.
